Excursions and tastings

Founded in Bukhara in 1936, the company “SHOHRUD” produces cognacs with the highest quality requirements – as close to perfection as possible.

Thanks to its heritage and invaluable experience, SHOHRUD has the main qualities – time, patience and the desire for perfection.

We used this invaluable experience to create various blends and categories of cognacs.

We invite you to get acquainted with our capabilities: copper distillation columns, distillate aging, unprocessed cognacs, cognac storage and aging, product tasting.

UNIQUE TERROIR

We have recreated unique plantations lost in the past – and under the abundance of the Bukhara sun, the vines become truly unique…

EXCLUSIVELY OUR OWN VINEYARDS

“SHOHRUD” produces cognac from cognac spirit, the grapes for which are grown exclusively on its own plantations. The main varieties are “Rkatsiteli” and “Bayan-Shirey”. These are the most popular autochthonous varieties – thanks to the special soil for the germination of exquisite grape vines.

Our cognacs are produced under the brands “Bukhara” and “Legend of Bukhara”.
